Kingdom points (KP) give a representation of a lord’s strength, the more kingdom points you have than your opponent the less experience points you get up to a point where you won’t get any experience points and where your army will refuse to fight and stay in the city. This is a way to protect weaker players by pushing the focus on equal or stronger opponents.
